Requirements for most HOA's

A majority of the HOA departments we have worked on do NOT need a full set if plans for the homeowner to get their approval. Most only require a survey (or a plot plan) showing the proposed addition and one or two simple hand drawn elevations showing what kinds of materials and colors will be used. If you encounter an HOA that requires more information than that, then we can help out with the full (or part) of the required plans.
